Last Thursday I closed the practice for the day so I could take a trip into London. It was a special occasion for me and the other 99 small businesses crowned part of the Small Business Saturday’s SmallBiz100.

(In case you’ve not heard, Lightbulb Chiropractic was chosen out of thousands of entries to be included in the top 100 list for 2019. And yes, I gave myself a rather large pat on the back!)

We were hosted by Lord Young of Graffham who has a long history of championing small businesses and entrepreneurship within the UK. As we stood chatting over drinks and canapés, it occurred to me that over a seemingly short space of time, I’d done alright!

It was this time last year that I took on my first few clients as I started work from a room in my house. Since then, I’ve taken baby steps toward my dream practice, and it’s getting closer every day.

Small steps taken consistently create momentum that snowballs; rather than the odd dash of energy that dissipates quickly. It’s the same with health.

There’s no quick fix.

The hard work + the long game is what makes for measurable change.

Just this evening, I had a discussion with a mum who’s bringing her daughter in to see me. We spoke about quick fixes, and how they never last. How it’s crucial to take a look at the bigger picture and create a care plan that’s sustainable.

Just as this business is designed to be slow growing and organic, so that I have energy and time left over for my family, I create care plans that are purposefully designed to fit in around your lifestyle and make lasting change.

Those clients who joined me a year ago are noticing big changes. Not simply pain relief or symptomatic improvement. They’re perceiving their environment differently. They’re more focused on their business goals, their relationships are better, they have more energy and vitality. They’re experiencing life through a whole new lens.

Lightbulb Chiropractic is not like other chiropractic centres.

If you want to take control of your health in 2020, and you’re looking to seriously upgrade your life expression, it would be an honour to serve you.

You’re one adjustment away from a good mood…
